Just got home from a trip up to Michigan and found that all my tomatoes decided to ripen at the same time. I was able to get over 7 gallons worth tomato goodness. Now what to do with them is going to be hard. Should I make salsa, tomato sauce, or ketchup; or all 3. I also got a mandolin to help with preparation for father’s day from my awesome wife. It is one the nicest gifts I have received for my veggie diet. Also I found something interesting in my compost pile. I had some pinto beans soaking to be cooked and forgot about them for a week so I threw them out and to my surprise they came alive. My hydroponics test is doing great, my eggplants have really took off, little buds have developed.
